Signature Menu items must be placed a minimum of 1 week in advance and require full payment at the time of placing the order.

Custom orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance and require a 50% deposit to secure the order, with the remaining 50% due by delivery/pickup.

Orders with less than the required notice are subject to a rush fee of 30 shekels and require full payment at the time of placing the order. Rush orders are not eligible for changes or refunds. We do not accept orders with less than 48 hours notice.

7 days or more from pickup/delivery date: Full refund

3-6 days from pickup/delivery date: 50% refund

72 hours or less: Not eligible for a refund

14 days or more from pickup/delivery date: Full refund of deposit

13 days or less from pickup/delivery date: Deposit is nonrefundable
