Signature Menu items must be placed a minimum of 3 days from the pickup/delivery date and require full payment at the time of placing the order.

Custom orders must be placed a minimum of 10 days in advance from the pickup/delivery date and require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the order, with the remaining 50% due by delivery/pickup. If you choose to pay in full, the first 50% is considered your deposit.

Orders with less than the required notice are subject to a rush fee of 30 shekels and require full payment at the time of placing the order. Rush orders are not eligible for changes or refunds. We do not accept orders with less than 72 hours notice.

3 days or more from pickup/delivery date: Full refund

Less than 72 hours: Not eligible for a refund

10 days or more from pickup/delivery date: Full refund including deposit

Less than 10 days from pickup/delivery date: 50% deposit is nonrefundable
