Beatriz Bakery is not responsible for damage to orders after pickup/delivery. Please review our Cake Care Guidelines on how best to care for your cake once received.
ORDER & PAYMENT POLICIES
Signature Menu items must be placed a minimum of 3 days from the pickup/delivery date and require full payment at the time of placing the order.

Custom orders must be placed a minimum of 10 days in advance from the pickup/delivery date and require a minimum 50% deposit to secure the order, with the remaining 50% due by delivery/pickup.
​
Orders with less than the required notice are subject to a rush fee of 30 shekels and require full payment at the time of placing the order. Rush orders are not eligible for changes or refunds. We do not accept orders with less than 72 hours notice.
SIGNATURE ITEMS CANCELLATION POLICY
7 days or more from pickup/delivery date: Full refund
3-6 days from pickup/delivery date: 50% refund
Less than 72 hours: Not eligible for a refund
CUSTOM ITEMS CANCELLATION POLICY
7 days or more from pickup/delivery date: Full refund of deposit
Less than 7 days from pickup/delivery date: Deposit is nonrefundable
